Member Forum

The conversation you cannot get at a conference

Conferences can provide keynotes and workshops. The Member Forum draws its value from the experience, candor and participation around the table.

Structured peer roundtables give each participant dedicated space to raise an issue, share operating experience, test an assumption or ask how peers are approaching a challenge within their own organization.

Small groups identify the questions that generate the strongest discussion and select priority topics for deeper exploration. Members then regroup around those priorities, compare perspectives and bring the resulting observations back to the full membership.

These discussions help shape future Forum activity, including targeted inquiries, working discussions and themes taken forward into subsequent Technical Meetings. The agenda is not simply delivered to members. It is generated by them.

Technical Meetings

One R&D technology question, examined from multiple angles

Each PRISME Forum Technical Meeting devotes a full day to one theme selected for its relevance to the member community.

Practitioners from member companies, invited experts and specialists examine the question through presentations, panels, posters and discussion, bringing strategic, technical and operational perspectives into the same room.

Additional company colleagues whose responsibilities are relevant to the theme may also participate, as space permits and with advance coordination through the PRISME Forum Secretariat.

What the meetings generate

PRISME Forum meetings are designed to produce more than discussion. Selected, non-attributed signals from member questions and exchanges inform Field Notes, targeted inquiries, benchmarking activities, working groups and future meeting priorities.

The conversation continues as members test ideas within their own organizations and return with new experience, evidence and questions.

How the cycle works

Surface

Member Forum roundtables bring forward the questions, challenges and emerging priorities members are confronting.

Prioritize

Members identify the issues that warrant deeper collective attention.

Explore

Technical Meetings bring focused expertise, presentations, panels and discussion to selected questions.

Capture

PRISME Forum Field Notes and other member outputs capture selected signals, questions and emerging practices.

Revisit

Members return to the conversation with new experience, new evidence and new questions.

The result is not a sequence of events. It is a continuing cycle of peer intelligence.
